Seit 2.1.2024 Kein Zutritt!!! was ist da los????

Seit 2.1.2024 ist unsere Storebox in Wien auf der Triester Straße nicht mehr zugänglich. Unter dem Codeschloss wurde vor Kurzem auch ein Schlüsseltressor montiert. Aber wir haben keinen Zutritt. Wer hat da Zutritt?
Auf Facebook berichten Kunden, dass in ihre Storebox eingebrochen worden war und sie nicht informiert worden sind. Was wenn das bei der unseren auch der Fall ist??
Wir rufen jede Woche 3x an - keine Reaktion.
Der arme Telefonist ist aber sehr verständnisvoll und freundlich...
Wir haben mehrfach geschrieben - keine Reaktion.
