Es tut uns sehr leid, dass es hier zu Missverständnissen gekommen ist und du dich dadurch unzufrieden fühlst. Gerne möchten wir jedoch darauf hinweisen, dass unsere Kündigungsfrist 14 Tage beträgt und Kund*innen vor Vertragsabschluss transparent darüber informiert werden. Wir freuen uns, dass du uns hierzu nun direkt kontaktiert hast – kulanterweise haben wir die betreffende Rechnung bereits storniert.

Die Möglichkeit zur Lagerung ist super!

Ihr seid günstiger als andere.

Die paar Parkplätze sind fast immer verparkt, obwohl sich kein weiterer Mensch in der StoreBox aufhält und das ist ärgerlich!

Ich habe meine Sachen zum Schluss meines Umzuges mit einem großen Transporter (mit Rampe) zu euch gebracht, aber es gibt dort keine Möglichkeit, ein großes Fahrzeug zu entladen ........

Es tut mir leid zu hören, dass du bei uns Schwierigkeiten hattest, einen Parkplatz zu finden und dass das Entladen mit einem großen Transporter problematisch war. Wir werden dein Anliegen intern weitergeben und prüfen, wie wir den Parkplatzbedarf besser managen können, um solche Engpässe zu vermeiden.
