Leider Box die belegt war
Habe eine Box gebucht und als ich diese öffnete war diese schon belegt von einem andern Nutzer . Sowas darf einfach nicht passieren , es werden auch sehr persönliche Sachen hinterlegt die keinem fremden etwas angehen . Wenn es alles nach Plan gegangen wäre kein Problem. schade

Es tut uns leid, dass es zu diesen Unannehmlichkeiten gekommen ist. Gerne möchten wir klarstellen, dass das Abteil, das du zuerst geöffnet hast, ausschließlich für internen Eigenbedarf genutzt wird und keine Sachen von anderen Kund*innen darin gelagert waren. Umso mehr freut es uns, dass dein Anliegen inzwischen geklärt ist und du ein neues Abteil erhalten hast.
