Steht nirgendwo dass man 2 Wochen vorher kündigen muss, obwohl man schon extra mehr zahlt weil man es für einen Monat brauch. Muss jetzt einen weiteren Monat 230€ zahlen ohne es zu benutzen. Toll.

Mit einer Kündigungsfrist von 14 Tagen bieten wir unseren Kund*innen die Möglichkeit, flexibel auf sich verändernde Lebensbedürfnisse zu reagieren. In der Regel betragen Kündigungsfristen 1 bis 3 Monate. Daher können wir deinen Ärger leider nicht nachvollziehen.
