I booked a home clean service twice and twice it was cancelled in the middle of the night before the clean was due to take place. Both times the clean was booked a week in advance, first time the cleaner said her child was sick, fair enough, these things happen. Second time she said she lived too far away to travel to my house. The website has a filter system that you put in where you live and choose a cleaner who will service your area.... extremely frustrating. I chose this company as it looked like a reliable reputable business from the website and reliability was important to me.

Unreliable service
I've tried to book with them 4 times, which only 1 happened in the end.
4 out of 4 were moved around to a different day at the very last minute becoming a big time waster even asking confirmation in advance.

Raquel was extremely nice and a great cleaner. She made sure thst she properly cleaned everything and was not afraid to ask to ensure that she was ensuring thst she was meeting expectations.

Booked a service (gutter cleaning and window exterior wash) and got an immediate response on WhatsApp. The lads showed up exactly when they said they would, were pleasant and professional and did a great job. Highly recommend and I will be using this company again for sure.

Booked the service through the website , contractor arrived on time , and carried out the work quickly and efficiently. I was 100% satisfied with the standard of work. I will use the company again and recommend them to my friends.
