We reserved a car via lastminute.com to rent a car in Athens. It was very unclear where to wait for the driver. We had to make 2 phone calls. In the wnd we waited one hour for a company that was a 5 min drive away. The procedure took very long and in the end we were downgraded a car from 5 to 3 doors with the argument that it was more expensive. The car itself was fine. Procedure back to the airport was the same with long waiting time and very angry customers. Never book here again!

Pretty straight forward rental company. Nice people, clear rules. One down side was for me that the claim a GM is in the same range as a quashqai. But in te real life a GM is a very poor car.

The service guys were nice, but this is the only one good thing in our last rental. The waiting time for service was very long. Got a car in bad shape. The back camera was broken, the tires were worn-out, one of the lntern was also broken.

It was an easy and uncomplicated booking and check out and check in process. Make pictures by yourself after to check out process to be able to show defects which haven't been detected by the check-in process. You should also check if you really need the full coverage insurance. In my case they wanted me to pay additional 560 euros for the insurance only, but I denied because my credit card supplier is covering up to 75,000 euros for any damages on the car you rent it in any country of the world. Important is that you have paid the car with the same credit card!

Everything worked out well and smooth. Car was new and good.

Staff at the rental office were very proficient and friendly. Unfortunately long queues due to other customers not understanding that you need a credit card (not a debit card) to put your deposit against, or not having driving licences/passports. I would suggest that you put up a sign, in all languages asking customers to please have their documents and credit card ready, and that debit cards will not be accepted. Once I got to the desk, it took 10 mins to fill out the forms and drive away!! Easy!!
One serious point though. It appears to be illegal in Greece under the KOK to have a broken tail light lens which the car given to me had. So please don't hire out illegal vehicles.

Like: possibility to drop off the car in self at the automatic tower out of the working hours

Dislike: problem on finding my booking and the level of the assigned car was lower than what I booked and paid

Everything was perfect. Friendly and quick pick up. The return was easy and professional as well.

This is the second time I've rented a car from Yours Car Rental, and both experiences have been excellent. The staff are always friendly, professional, and very helpful.
On this occasion, I accidentally booked the wrong return time, but they resolved the issue immediately without any hassle. That level of customer service really stood out.
I definitely recommend Yours Car Rental. I personally prefer smaller companies because you build a more personal relationship with the people who work there, and that makes a real difference when it comes to service and resolving any problems.
One more thing worth mentioning is that my deposit was returned just two days after I returned the car, which was much appreciated.

Quick, uncomplicated, always helpful, car was in a great condition and exactly as booked, staff was friendly too. I would rent a car here anytime again for sure!

although I did a reservation long time before on Yours Car Rental website (with Full Damage Waiver included) I had to spent one hour at check in to get the car and have the right contract (with the right price agreed on my reservation). Besides that it was a single guy taking care of the whole activities (check in & out cars in the same time). I thought that as long I have a reservation done before all things will go straight and I don't have to explain more and spend time from my reservation to get it done, but that was the thing :(
The good part is that I got the same car requested - Yaris automatic - new and clean, was very happy with it!

We had 2 battery issues with the car in the first week and i booked for 3 weeks. Also the set up of the car was and still is in chinese. I wasn‘t even able to read the attention infos. We‘re a family with a 6year old daughter and a baby. And in my oppionion it was obviously too risky to give us that old Mazda in chinese language. But even yuliya made no mistske.
I asked for a replacement, the employees have been always very friendly and tried to be helpful. It took one week now and i still dont have exchanged car. We planned to do a tour of cyprus - but instead we used the car for short distances in daytime or even not used it for totally 10days by now.. really disapointed :(

Collecting and returning the car were quick and efficient. Friendly and professional staff.

The service at the counter was quick and straightforward. The car was in very good condition. What wasn’t good: on arrival at the airport, it was completely unclear when and where the bus transfer to the hire station was. I first had to ring the station and then wait half an hour. This could be communicated more clearly in advance.
