If I could give 0 stars I would. What kind of airport car rental shop located right at the door step outside be closed all the time. We waited over an hour to receive the car. Had we not booked through stress free we wouldve used another open business. They asked us to pay 2k euros in cash. ( NEVER ever do that btw) The car had an engine fault that they asked us to ignore. On our return we messaged them a day before that we have a flight at 11am and will drop the car at 8am. After waiting till 9.30am me n the kids (3) who were waiting in the sun of Aug in the lot decided to go in n my husband stayed. We spoke to all the other ppl of nearby car rentals and they rang them. They informed us that the boss was asleep and the workers couldnt get a hold of the deposit. We said we cant leave the papers n keys n will have to take them with us, that somehow galvinised the guy to show up and lo and behold he said we were supposed to be here at 10am ? 30 mins before the flight. This was after calling them, texting them, leaving voice notes non stop from 8 am. He went over the car with a fine toothed comb wasting more of our time. Fortunately our flight was delayed by an hour ( thank goodness!) He charged us £150 for a hairline scratch that we didnt cause. I will be taking further action against these people. Bosnia and its people were lovely but these people give it a bad name, unreliable, zero customer service, thugs. If you want a stressfull trip go with them otherwise AVOID.

WORST CAR RENTAL ever . the guy first took a cash deposit and then found out made up flaws on return . lost a lot of money . very rude and non punctual . wonder how they are operating at the airport? . the car has pre existed problems and they were chilled about it .

I rented a car at Santorini island, I had a minor problem with the rented car ,but the employs there were very helpful, and took care the problem.

I had one of the worst car rental experiences I’ve ever had.

The employee assisting me, Katia, was completely unhelpful, dismissive and unwilling to even look at the documentation I brought. She immediately focused on the issue date shown on my Spanish driving licence and refused to consider that it was an officially exchanged licence.

I presented official government documentation proving that I have held a valid driving licence since 2019, including an official Driver’s Record Certificate, but she refused to review it or make any effort to understand the situation. Instead of trying to verify the facts or find a solution, she simply denied me the vehicle I had already paid for.

What was most disappointing was not only the refusal itself, but the complete lack of professionalism, empathy and customer service. I was left stranded at the airport with no transportation and no assistance whatsoever.

A professional rental company should train its staff to understand exchanged driving licences, which are common within Europe, or at the very least to review official documentation before refusing service.

I paid in advance for a vehicle that was never provided and I am now pursuing a full refund through DiscoverCars and my bank.

I would strongly advise other travellers to avoid this company if they expect fair treatment or competent customer service.

Very efficient and friendly service. Good value for money. No delays at the airport to collect the car, brand new car, everything clearly explained. Short easy walk (5mins) at the airport to collect the car. Would highly recommend using them for car rental better than all the major brands.

Brilliant form start to finish. Will definitely use again. The team at pick up and drop off were very helpful. The car was just what we needed size wise and practical for the trips we did.

The rental car perfectly met our needs. Returning the vehicle was straightforward, and they even kindly drove us and our luggage to the airport.

The only slightly unpleasant aspect was picking up the rental car. We were initially offered a small 3-door car even though we had ordered a 5-door. However, we were able to clarify this.

Great service.

The car wasn‘t in a good condition- to less air in the wheels, no Antenne for the radio and the return-service was bad. The address on booking or the homepage was wrong. So we had to contact the office and the told us that the don’t have an address. At the end we had luck and found the office by ourselves.

Not clear meeting point at the airport
No opportunity to message a question, phone calls not returned
50 minutes of waiting time at the airport
No car at arrival at the rental station, although it was fully prepaid
No one at the station during working hours on the car return

The car was in great conditions. Pick up and return was fantastic. The fact that they charge you a significant amount of money as the deposit and it took ages to get it returned is something definitely to be improved
