I couldn't believe how fast and easy the process was. It took less than 2 weeks to receive my picture after I submitted the order! And this was in the middle pf Christmas season! All the while, I received multiple email updating me on the progress or my order. I kept the picture a secret from my family, and now have a priceless video of them opening it and seeing our beloved dog's head on Santa's body. I'll definitely be ordering more!

Hey Ian, I can see your order has been shipped via Royal Mail, and you should have been emailed a tracking number. Unfortunately, there are still delays with Royal Mail due to the fact they were on strike and also due to Black Friday weekend which is the busiest shipping period of the year.
