I couldn't recommend Paul enough. He moves quickly, has incredible attention to detail and is polite, personable, direct and professional. He also, crucially, gets the job done. I'm extremely happy with the service I received and am looking forward to moving into the property I can now afford thanks to Paul's support with nailing down a great mortgage.

As first time buyers we really appreciated how Paul was able to talk us through the house purchasing process in Layman's terms and didn't overload us with information in one call but rather booked separte calls to discuss different steps. He took the time to understand our position and advise us accordingly, but worked very quickly to get us over the line in record time ahead of stamp duty changes.

We also decided to use the solicitors which Paul advised, which worked really well as he regularly works with them so the process was seemless. Of course I would make your own decision on this and get quotes but in our situation where we needed to move very quickly this was ideal.

Overall, I would highly recommend hiring Paul as your mortgage broker.

I have loved working with Paul on securing a new mortgage. I went into the process with some basic 'fag packet maths' on what I thought I could afford and borrow and Paul picked this up and ran with it. He secured me a great mortgage that I'm super comfortable with, he always gave me all the time I needed to digest info we discussed, ask questions and then land at a point that made sense for me. I also loved that he was so open to discussing my ten year plan and how I can prep financially for that. A huge weight off my mind in what is a stressful and paperwork heavy time!
