Great trades people thanks again

I asked Youpro for a plumber urgently on Easter Saturday, A young man Richard Bramwell rang back and said he would call out to me. He arrived on time and quickly went to work. Very professional and efficient. He saw the leak immediately and fixed it pretty fast. He stayed a while to make sure all was well. I have no hesitation in recommending him for work.A big thank you Richard.

YourPro never works out for me. I have posted many jobs, people will call and message but then when the times come to visit, they never show up. There cars stop working or something in the family comes up. And the worst part is there is no way to make a complaint for such guys who stand you up.

Within 3 minutes of contacting the site ( random googling for emergency electricians) I received a call and 1 hour later a pleasant man came and fixed the issue. This a good service. I find it hard to get tradespeople from ringing around as they are all so busy. With this service it's very easy to book someone for the same week. And the customer service is very good. Had an issue with a job and they resolved it very quickly.
