Placed an order, received confirmation and my payment was processed immediately. A month later and shipping status still shows USPS awaiting item. I’ve sent 2 email messages (no phone number provided by this company or I would have called) yet no response. I finally filed a dispute over the charges with my credit card company.
I ordered a part, money was taken out of the account in seconds. I received an email stating that I would get an email when my order was ready to ship. Then nothing. Over a week and still nothing. So I sent messages asking for an update. No replies. It has been 10 days since placing my order and still no replies. I have been unable to find an actual phone number. Don't bother ordering from this company.
