Great customer service and great communication

I ordered a custom pillow on December 20, 2025. It estimated 7 to 10 days to ship after the order was processed. I got an email on Christmas Eve that the order was processed. I still have not received this pillow, and it is March 2026. I’ve been emailing this team and they are saying they are resending the item but after this long, I have still not received that “new “item and I have asked for a refund which they will not give me.

I placed an order on February 4, 2026. The website stated delivery would take 4–7 business days.

After that timeframe passed, I contacted the company for an update and received no response. I was provided with a FedEx tracking number, but when I contacted FedEx directly, they confirmed the package was never picked up by the shipper. The tracking only shows that a label was created.

I made multiple attempts to reach the company by email without any reply. The phone number listed on their website routes to voicemail with no live support.

As of today, the order has not been shipped, no communication has been provided, and no refund has been issued.

I have initiated a chargeback with my credit card company due to non-delivery and lack of merchant response.

Buyers should proceed with caution.

I got a pair of socks for my friend with her 2 dogs on them. She loves them so much and is so happy with the socks!
I also got some leggins for my daughter. They are so cute and my daughter said the fit is perfect and they are very comfortable!

The customer service is excellent!!! I had some questions about my order and when I emailed, I got a response immediately. My question was answered and the person who responded was so great. Also, when I received my order it was amazing!

I had a minor issue with my order (my fault not theirs) and the company worked with me to get me a replacement. They were very quick to respond my emails back and the socks are really cute. I’m giving them as a present

Company did a superb job and craftsmanship is unmatched. Recommend shipping with a different carrier, delivery was drawn out and unpleasantly long. Top notch on the product!

I messed up my address when placing my order and emailed the company. They were very understanding and cooperative and answered in a timely fashion! Would definitely order from here again!

Picture quality was very good on wallet ordered.

We would have liked to see a mock up before the pillows were made but the company is going to make a couple adjustments and send them again for us, which we very much appreciate!

I messed up. And had the socks sent to an old address! But they were so understanding. And shipped a new pair out right away! Fantastic service..!

If I could give negative stars, I would. Not only did the product arrive later than stated time, it arrived broken and unable to function as advertised due to flimsy and cheap production. The pictures were coming out of the box when you try to turn the handle for t he advertisedeffect, the battery was not secured, and also coming out of the box.
Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this "store". Don't waste your money.

The pajamas are so cute and nicely made. My kids just love them!

Quality of the masks are great and shipping was timely. There was a small issue with my order, but they were very communicative and made my order right. Would definitely order again for my next party need!
