A complete scam

A complete scam. AVOID. I bought a vintage Italian moka pot - discovered the site was CHINESE - received two pairs of FAKE oakley sunspecs- shipped only to provide a tracking number. Warehouse error according to them! The picture they used I found copied from an auction site.

This company will scam you - avoid at all cost!

Yourpetlove is a scam operation and should be shut down. I ordered 4 water filters for my coffee machine from Yourpetlove on 7th November 2020 for £31.71. On 27th November I received a package from them containing two pairs of knock-off Rayban sunglasses - very ugly ones. After contacting them, they asked me for lots of information, photos of the fake raybans etc. Eventually, after much chasing, they wrote to say I could keep the raybans and they would refund 20% of my money. I refused this generous offer, asking that they supply the goods I ordered or refund my money in full and tell me where to send the unwanted glasses. They replied back to offer 40% refund and then 50%. What they are saying is that if I want a full refund I have to ship the fake Raybans back to them in China, at my expense, and then wait 4-6 weeks while they process my request - or I can accept the partial refund.
This is not a report looking for sympathy - I took a risk on a cheap filter from China and got stung for £15 or £30 not a huge deal for me - it's just I want to warn others not to donate to this scam company. They send you fake sunglasses worth 50 cents each and then string you along hoping most people will get fed up and they get to keep some or all of the money - plus get rid of their huge stock of fake Raybans.

Be warned!

Scam

Well what can I say. I saw a Kenwood chef on their website so ordered it. Then I saw the only review on this site. So contacted them to cancel my order (not even an hour later). The store says it’s Hong Kong - so obviously there’s a time difference to consider on communications.

Next day, got my response - it’s dispatched and left the depot. No tracking information or anything reliable just a email.

Requested again to cancel order. Wanted a refund and told them I suspected they were fraudulent. Next day, I badly composed email explaining they cannot refund me as the item was shipped. This time it did actually have a link to some Chinese shipping firm - which you couldn’t access until the information was processed (it never did). 27th October 2020.

Anyway, there’s me thinking the item would t turn up that I was scammed - only for last week Royal Mail to notify they have received my item and would be delivering it soon.

Oh I thought perhaps I should have had more faith. Perhaps I’d misjudged them after all. Anyway there’s me contemplating what to do with this new Kenwood Chef when it arrives (as I’d already bought one off ebay in the duration). So, I thought it’s nearly Xmas I can regift it to a family member (or sell it on eBay).

So today Royal Mail delivered said item. It was very small for a Kenwood chef so I thought perhaps I’d bought a model one. Opened said package - and I’ve got 2 pairs of fake aviator ray-bans from a bloke in mainland China 😂😂

He’s £30 richer, I’m £30 poorer and a lot wiser. Do not buy from this company - do not even be tempted. It’s definitely a scam.
