Great service. He came out quickly and got rid of the wasps nest with a single treatment. I've called on John for two separate nests over the past few years and it's been successfully dealt with each time. I would highly recommend him.

I couldn't be more satisfied with the service provided by John from Pest Assassin. John tackled our rat problem with utmost professionalism and efficiency. He is very knowledgeable, but more importantly a ‘nice’ bloke. Not only did he expertly remove the little buggers, but he also took the necessary steps to proof the property(which wasn’t the easier, not straight forward job), ensuring that no more rats could get in.

Thanks to John's efforts, my home is now rat-free and secure. I highly recommend Pest Assassin, John provided a great service and at a very reasonable price 👍🏻

John came and had a look at our loft where we thought the squirrels were living. He was very efficient and knowledgable and helped us eradicate our problem. He came and covered up the entry points on the facias where the squirrels previously used to enter the loft and made a really good job. He was on the end of the phone all the time.
Really pleased with the service and would recommend to anyone.

We contacted John after rats found their way into our ceiling. John turned up on the same day, laid some poison in multiple places and returned several times to make sure they were gone. He then blocked up our cavity in our garage to prevent further access.

I highly recommend John if you’ve got a wasps nest that needs removing. I phoned him in the morning and he came a few hours later to treat the wasps nest. John returned the following day to remove 2 nests from our attic for a very reasonable price.

Called John in the morning and he came that lunch time, treated two nests (one being very large). No wasps seen since. Very professional and polite, and very affordable. Other company’s were charging double for just one nest. Will definitely use again if have problems in the future.

Excellent service. I rang John after work hours, thinking it would be a couple of days at least before someone came to see to a wasps nest - he was around within an hour, straight from another job the same evening. John, at Your Pest Assassin was second to none. We contacted him late Sunday night regarding a wasps nest, and he came out the next day at the time he agreed. Within a few hours the wasps had completely gone. Pricing was more than reasonable at £49.50. Couldn't recommend this company more. Thanks 👍

Have been using John for a few years now and wouldn’t use anyone else! He’s dealt with wasps nests, cluster flies and ants and all his treatments have been very effective. Used him again today, rang at 12noon and was with me in an hour. Highly recommend their service and John is a top bloke!!
