Utterly dreadful

Utterly dreadful. Tell us half an hour away from London that our booking is cancelled because they had a plumbing issue. We were coming for ABBA voyage and originally booked an apartment 7 minutes away from there - they offered us a different properly “nearby” - 1 hour 57 walk away. No thanks. Forced us to fork out another £400 on accommodation, and they have done absolutely nothing to speed up the refund process. Wouldn’t surprise me if this was all a rouse and they were going to cancel all along. Explains their behaviour in the lead up to staying. Crooks. Awful experience. Nobody should ever book with these.

Bad hosts

Do not book anything with this company. They do not care about customer service or their customers’ experience. Booked a two bedroom appartement for a pre-Christmas visit to London in one of their properties via Booking.com. The second bedroom had been promoted using fake pictures. We arrived and the second bedroom was a damp, shabby conservatory with a broken window which let in the rain. Had to sleep in the living room on the couch. No help from the company and my calls were not answered. Wrote a review on Booking, as I got no response from Your Pad. They eventually responded via the Booking website because I had given a bad review with a fake answer saying they would contact me directly and compensate me. Have never heard from them again, even when I directly emailed them. My Christmas was ruined by this experience. If this is how they treat temporary boarders, how do they treat long term residents?
