A truly great service!
My wife and I have had a long held ambition to live in France. However since Brexit we were unable what we needed to do to make the dream happen.
I contacted 'Your overseas home' and the advice they gave me was invaluable. From sending potential properties to putting me in touch with companies that could make it possible like Beaux Villages estate agents who we used and Smart currency exchange who were massively helpful in the transfer of the funds when the time came for completing on our house, which is a hugely nerve wracking time to say the least.
Everything went smoothly and we are now enjoying life in the Charente.
Special mentions must go firstly to Yasmin at your overseas home for liaising with me and putting me in touch with the relevant services and checking in to see how things were going.
Also, to Danny at Smart currency who kept me informed of what was happening with the transferring of the funds and ensuring it went seamlessly. An excellent company!
Finally a big thanks to Philip at Beaux Villages for showing us the properties and helping with the daunting process of buying a house overseas.
Overall we would have really struggled without having 'Your overseas home' on board to help.

Overseas Homes and Remy Hart (today's specialist) provide an excellent service here. Good topic area chosen.
Remy Hart's presentation is first class, he delivers and answers questions with a very sound and experienced ability.
I have attended a few of these presentations and find them very informative.
I just wish other attendees would ask questions of the topic relevant to the speaker. There are too many questions put to the wrong speaker, i.e. asking a pension specialist about visas, of moving etc. - doesn't make sense as just wasting everybody's time.
