Placed an order - they took the money and never sent out order confirmation. I have called, messaged on all platforms and emails several times and no response what so ever.

Purchased 2 items on 4 Nov 2025 and haven’t received them. Company doesn’t respond to any emails, or their online enquiry form. Tracking number provided has stated PENDING since purchase. It’s nearly been a month and nothing, no response from company and no products. I am bitterly disappointed in this company considering they are allegedly in Australia and only across the ditch. Buyer Beware I think this company may be a scam.
