We have just completed our Wills and Powers of Attorney with John Heavens. We have found John to be professional and efficient. He explained everything to us and included our sons (18, 21, 23) in the process which we appreciated. We had plenty of time to discuss our needs in person and via teams. Maeve from the admin team ensured the process ran smoothly.
