Claim was opened without any hassles…

Claim was opened without any hassles and contractor (Plumber) was scheduled and arrived the next day. Was very satisfied with the service was professional and timely. Would recommend Oncourse better to have the insurance and not need it than to need it and not have it.

QUICK and EFFICIENT

I was able to QUICKLY get through to an Oncourse Home Solutions associate (Chris) who EFFICIENTLY and PROMPTLY took care of setting up with a local plumber. I was able to understand Chris, and he, also, informed me of some other protection plans offered. Within 30 minutes my appointment was set up.

Kitchen pipe leak repair

We had a pipe leak in a wall behind the kitchen sink. Brandon from Oncourse came out to repair the leak after access was obtained. Brandon came when expected, was very efficient and got the job done timely. We were grateful to get our kitchen sink back.

Horrible service

The tech showed up to diagnose the problem. Disconnected the transformer from the furnace and did not reconnect it before leaving. He showed made things worse and left. Then lied and said he never disconnected wiring. I saw him with my own eyes which is despicable.

Freddy Mendoza and his associate were great.

Freddy Mendoza and his associate were wonderful. The repair of my washing machine was quick and clean. I was very impressed with Freddy. My machine doesn't grind anymore and goes through its cycles as needed. It was grinding loudly and sounded like it was short-circuiting. It stopped working and didn't complete the spin-and-drain cycle. All Pro did a great job.

We had a complicated interior gas line…

We had a complicated interior gas line issue that ended up needing three separate appointments to resolve, each needing a new claim #.
There were no issues at all with the claim process(es), and Oncourse followed-up each time to insure appointments were scheduled with a local service provider.
Oncourse met their obligation to pay as contracted, and none of the appointments cost me anything out-of-pocket.

Alex was awesome. He arrived on time and completed the install quickly and thoroughly, making sure all work was done perfectly. Very knowledgeable and capable to work within the space to make sure that the system was up and running. Excellent work!

The technician was so good at his job

The technician was so good at his job, he knew what the problem was. So polite and very helpful. We really enjoyed Joseph MacDonald from Service Professor. Really enjoyed him.
