Total lack of help or response.

After sourcing my cruise myself, I gave it to this holiday company to book. I even gave them the cabin number to book. Every step of things I needed, I have had to chase several times, getting excuse after excuse of why it wasn't done. I had heard such good reports from another customer, but I'm afraid that has not been my experience with them. Even after having my paper work sent, it said check it and call if there is a problem. Well, there was, I rang 2 weeks ago as there was a mistake and have heard nothing from them. I even wrote to Celebrity and complained about this Company. I sail in 2 weeks. Looks like it is back to doing it all myself again next time.
