Wow something that exceeds my expectations
I’m always sceptical about vitamins etc, but due to extreme restless body - getting up 20 to 30 times a night, I really felt I had nothing to lose and bit the bullet. The magnesium worked first night, got put maybe a few times, but my body wasn’t so stressed and I could actually sleep. Now most nights I sleep through and if if I have been up get straight back to sleep. Now onto vitals, again sceptical. I’ve now been on them just over a month and believe I’m being to see and feel benefits. I definitely feel as if I’m more energised, can actually keep goes without unexpectedly falling asleep. So,I look forward to continuing these to get the very best of results. If nothing else I think long term they will help my general well being. My diet, post op is very poor and will unfortunately continue to be at this level. Customer Service is excellent.

The impact I felt was near immediate and has sustained over ~6 months since using Vitals. Better sleep (I previously would wake up multiple times at night, now I do t), better energy and reduced inflammation.

Using Magnesium for over a Year & I can't live without it. It has really helped my sleep and I can feel a noticeable difference if I do not take it and the quality of sleep I get. I really had high hopes with these supplements, especially after seeing the celebs advertising how great they felt, but after using for 3 months, I can honestly say I have felt no difference in myself.

Wrote a review of this product some time ago as having tested the supplements for the recommended three months, I did not gain any benefit at all. Disappointing as the marketing suggests big differences all round however, when challenged previously on this the response was that for some, the benefits are more subtle and take time to for these to be noticeable. Feels like a standard response for an initial claim that should not be made in the first place. Also disappointing to see they offer a 30 day money back guarantee on a product that takes at least 3 months to make a difference. As previously stated, I’ve wasted a lot of money to find out this does not work. £120 wasted.

Feeling far more energised on a daily basis
Feeling far more energised on a daily basis after taking heights consistently for a year. Have just ordered their probiotic too, because of the great bundling that they offer. Would recommend this to anyone who is taking 5 or 6 different tablets daily, condenses it all into one and makes a genuine difference to how you’re feeling. Also can’t remember the last time I was really unwell since taking these (touch wood!)

I had struggled with my sleep for a while before I started taking Heights Magnesium. I also take Height Calm tablets with my magnesium. I have been taking them for over a year now.
