Placing order and receiving confirmation plus tracking number went ok.From then on down hill.Tracking number did not work.No parcel delivered.Contacted company with enquiry.Fob off on first enquiry and promise to refund on second which did not happen. Had to contact card people and use distance selling regs to get refund
Put the order in. Easy enough I guess and then after a week or so I hadn't got my items so sent an email over to them.
Was told we sent it via Royal Mail please bare with us bla bla. Then only to receive an email saying “sorry I have refunded you for the top” nothing more, no explanation!
Still no refund and not holding my breath! Beware
