Dishonest and completely unreliable
Dishonest and completely unreliable! I would recommend against using this company or any vendor that does use them for deliveries at least in Greater Toronto Area of Canada. Consistently, you will make yourself available on the delivery time and day provided and 9 times out of 10. You will suddenly get an email that they were unable to make the delivery. This is after you have provided, address, phone numbers, buzzer codes suite numbers. In my case the condominium has cameras in the lobby and our phones record building access/entry calls. In both cases there is no record or attempt. In other words, there was no delivery attempt. You will go this repeatedly and for anyone with a life, job, commitments to sit by a phone day after day only to never receive your shipments/orders is beyond frustrating. The worst service and customer service imaginable.
