Excellent product and service - Luke was super helpful, informative and responsive. He made the whole process from start to finish easy! Installation was also seamless and value for money excellent (I did my research!). Cannot recommend this firm enough!

I am very happy with the recent installation of solar panels and battery storage in our house. The initial assessment was very informative and in person, the follow up quote was very competitive as well. What was the biggest benefit for us was that Ecofuture are using components of very well established companies which seamlessly integrate with the smart tariffs available from the majority energy providers (Octopus in our case). The installation team did an excellent job to integrate the solar system in our home and the already existing EV charger. The follow up service/support has been excellent as the knowledgeable support team is very approachable and helpful. Another benefit for us is that Ecofuture can cover our heat pump maintenance as well due to their complete renewables portfolio. I would highly recommend to anyone who want to improve sustainability and lower their energy bills substantially.

We have recently had installed, a heat pump, hybrid inverter and batteries by EcoFuture Technologies. This was taking advantage of the Govt. grant that is currently available.
From the initial contact with EcoFuture to completion, we received a service, second to none. Every member of staff was courteous, knowledgeable and very friendly. Their professionalism was outstanding from their livery, respect of our property, planning and time keeping. At no time were we left waiting for equipment, every delivery was on time.

We had the additional complexity of already having solar panels which we wanted incorporating into the system, this was not a problem to the team.

We particularly like the technology side which gives us full flexibility to alter the heating and water programmes to suit ourselves and can be remotely controlled by our mobile phones.
The monitoring element to the app is very user friendly so it is easy to monitor where the electricity is coming from, either grid or solar and also when the batteries are full.

We have also been allocated a dedicated service manager, who took overall control and was very patient making sure we knew how everything worked and how to manage the system for best efficiency.

An added benefit is they supply top of the range Vaillant and GivEnergy equipment, so quality is assured.

We highly recommend EcoFuture Technologies without reservation.

Ecofuture have just completed a project to replace our old Baxi gas boiler with a solar array, battery storage and a Vaillant air-sourced heat pump. At the same time they replaced our ground floor radiators with an under-floor heating system and replaced all pipework and radiators on the first floor. Great care was taken to ensure the new system meets our needs and will deliver in terms of heating and efficiency and in lowering our carbon footprint. It should also future proof our property for many years forward.The system has been operational for about a month and we are delighted with the comfort, ease of operation and low running costs. Ecofuture impressed us with their expertise, professionalism and the quality of their work. They use top quality equipment and have been at pains to ensure it is installed properly and working as designed. To top it all, they are a friendly, capable and considerate team of people that we would welcome back into our house at any time.

Excellent job by the guys at Ecofuture for our new Solar system and batteries. We really couldn't recommend enough, thorough in explaining everything, great communication all the way through and the install went smoothly with the guys cleaning up after themselves and respecting our property. Great from the offset - from sign up, they made it really easy for me to access the application forms and sign them electronically, through to survey, through to Technical survey (both surveyors were lovely and knowledgable and answered all my questions) then installation began, again contractors were great and kept me informed of progress. The whole process took about 10 weeks from start to finish.

I have already seen a difference with the new heating system including, a reduction in my bills and my home is lovely and warm now. Make sure you get the settings right on your controls - the installers will show you how to do it and set them for you. They’ll also give you a guide which is handy.

Excellent service from initial contact to follow up after installation of solar panels and battery. Kept us informed throughout the whole process and did not try to push us into ordering too much for our current and anticipated needs.

We had solar PV and a home battery system with an invertor installed by EcoFuture we were very impressed with their level of knowledge and professionalism thorugh the process. From the first meeting / survey, right the way through to completion.

Everything went very smoothly for the install and the engineers performing the install were polite, friendly and kept everything clean and tidy. The final result looks very neat and my partner and I are very happy with the system.

We're due to get a ASHP installed with them in a few weeks so hopefully that will go just as well.

Fantastic company to deal with, and first grade components.
I had an in-roof solar array installed, alongside a GivEnergy inverter and battery (9.5kWh) back in March 2023. The work was completed efficiently and swiftly, and almost one year on, it looks like the solar estimate is going to be bang on (or, I may have generated slightly more than estimated).
As I moved to an overnight tariff from Octopus Energy (recommended by EcoFuture), I’ve saved hundreds - maybe a thousand pounds this year. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend!

EcoFuture quoted on installation of solar PV, battery storage and air source heat pump (ASHP) installation. I determined that current ASHP technology is unsuited to my home but went ahead with the solar PV and battery.

EcoFuture were able to assist me with the necessary bureaucracy requirements and made special efforts to do so. On discovering that I required a new roof to accommodate the solar panels, EcoFuture arranged a quote and provided brilliant service from an excellent roofer as a subcontractor.

There were unavoidable delays in my installation but EcoFuture managed these effectively and maintained a strong customer focus, taking great care to ensure that the project was completed successfully and to my satisfaction.

The calibre of EcoFuture workers was first rate. They were always a pleasure to deal with.

EcoFuture are the only renewables installation business in the North East that could offer me the complete heat pump & solar/battery package. From first contact till the final handover the team were professional & knowledgable.

The efficiency & savings of the Vaillant heat pump & Givenergy battery storage system have been impressive. I have no regrets about getting rid of my old gas boiler & getting EcoFuture to install my new eco friendly & carbon saving system.

EcoFuture are professional and efficient. They really try to understand the customer before comitting to a job and then work with you to deliver a product which will work well for you and your home.

The air source heat pump system they have provided us with is efficient and cheap to run. The heating just works without any input needed from me; it is quiet and cosy - even when it is -5 outside.

As well as drastically reducing my bills (I am saving thousands of pounds each year) it has also reduced my home's carbon footprint by a factor of around 3.

While they were doing the necessary heating work I was also able to comission them to re-wire the whole house, replace all of the lighting and do some structural work on the kitchen. This flexibility of having one company complete such a large chunk of renovation really simplified the project from my point of view.

The aftercare is also second to none and they have been out lots of times; looking at the data and seeking to further optimise the performance now we know how the system behaves in the real-world of my home.

I can't recommend them highly enough.

This company was fantastic at helping me out of a difficult situation by providing a part that my installer (from another company) was unaware was required for the installation.

Although they don’t normally provide just parts they had seen my post asking for help on a forum and stepped in to offer assistance.

The team at ecofuture went out of their way to offer support and managed to get me a part (with extra speedy delivery) that was not going to be available for months anywhere else! Excellent customer service throughout - very well done!

EcoFuture installed our new Vaillant boiler to replace our old Baxi. The team turned up on time, were extremely polite and professional, and worked non-stop until the job was done. The room was left clean and tidy and all rubbish was removed. Controls were explained in full before leaving. We’ve already found it to be quieter than our old boiler and having the thermostatic controls is great. Would highly recommend EcoFuture.
