I signed up and I received an almost an immediate response.

I signed up and I received an almost immediate response. I then got called and was able to list all my symptoms. The person taking down the information was very knowledgeable too.
Then I was contacted and told what I would be prescribed and the doctor followed up and then checked on me overnight. I highly recommend this service. It’s worth it for sure.

This app is a scam

This app is a scam, it is advertised $20/monthly but then billed me $240 for the whole year even though I only received the service once. They refused to give me the whole amount just half of it. Not recommended

Regarding your request, please note that a refund constitutes a cancellation of the annual agreement, which results in the termination of your subscription and access to the platform. As per your case, a partial refund has already been issued, and you have been informed of this via email.

I will absolutely not recommend these…

I will absolutely not recommend these so called doctors to anyone. I couldn't hear or receive a proper phone connection to these people. They still billed me 240 dollars and only refunded me 120 for absolutely nothing. Totally useless people and so called medical professionals.
