I recently used Company Formations Ltd to register my new business, and the whole process was smooth from start to finish.
I opted for their privacy address service, which gave me peace of mind about keeping my personal address off the public register, something I hadn't realised was so important until I looked into it. The registration itself was quick and straightforward, and I appreciated the clear communication throughout.
A special mention to Clarice and Jeany, who supported me directly — both were clear, timely, and genuinely friendly, and made what could have been a stressful process feel easy.

Easy to get signed up, pain going forwards.
Communication with them is a nightmare, nothing is clear and nothing is quick. So much so they missed my annual filing by a week eventhough I instructed them to file over a month before, all due to bad communication. Result was a fine I had to pay with companies house.

I have just been through Credas ID verification which is not easy for non-UK citizens, as our options for providing evidence are very limited. UK citizens get 11 different options, leaving me with 2 options.
Customer service are great and very helpful and I will give them 5 stars.
