Car really did look better than new. Alex and the team did a fantastic job on the PPF - highly recommend.

These guys are the experts for car detailing in Kent. Friendly, knowledgeable and a real passion for making any car to look spectacular. The attention to detail is amazing. The PPF protection and ceramic coating applied to the Mustang Bullitt makes the car look even more amazing and provides peace of mind that the exterior is protected with the 10 year guarantee.
From start to finish the process was easy. Once the car was dropped off, I was kept updated with progress vai their instagram account, which was great to see how the protection film is applied. Took about 5 days to complete and then revisited Coachman for a 2 week checkup when they thoroughly examined the car to make sure the protection film and other coatings to windows and tyres was all good and sealed. I cannot recommend them enough.

My only issue was there was some agreed works not done to my car when I pick it up, But the guys apologised and said it will all be sorted on the 2nd week health check.

Superb service from the initial meeting and advice where I was given a number of options to choose from and detailed costs to the execution of the paint restoration and PPF fitting.A very knowledgable team with a clear focus on providing an exceptional service and I cannot be more pleased with the end result. Having chosen YourCoachman as the team to correct damage caused by a main dealer, the paint is now far better than when I took delivery of my M4 last March and with the added benefit of the PPF I am confident it will retain its as new look for years to come. I cannot recommend the team more highly and will certainly be using them again on my new cars.

Choosing somewhere to take your pride and joy to have work carried out is always a tough one. The internet is full of reviews, experiences and people’s personal opinions, making it minefield to decide where might be the place to go!

I’m normally one for researching companies online and would be cautious of using a young company with few existing reviews (at the time), but as Coachman were relatively close by, I shot up to meet the guys and take a look round their new premises.

On first meeting the team it was obvious they all had a passion for cars and in particular what they each specialised in at Coachman. Their set-up looked fresh and professional and their products matched what I was looking to have carried out. I chatted to the team for a while about their industry experience and backgrounds and got a good feeling about leaving the car with them.

I booked the car in for a single stage polish, front end PPF installation (with a few custom sections) and a ceramic coating application. The guys had the car for a few days whilst they carried out their work. During the process Alex kept me informed of what was being done and it was handy to see the progress via their social media.

When I arrived to collect the car, it looked even better than I was expecting, the paint had a nice wet look and the colour had gained a nice depth. The excellent lighting set-up in their workshop also helped to enhance the work they had done.

At Coachman you get what I think customer service should be, nothing seems too much trouble and they are all very personable and approachable, this is something that is very rare these days. They offer a nice little touch to their service by asking you to return after a couple of weeks following the work for them to provide a courtesy maintenance wash and a health check of the PPF installation.

I unfortunately had a couple of small issues following my own check over of the car. I contacted Coachman to run through the items and see what could be done to resolve them. After a visit to show them in person we agreed on a date to get the car back in. They had the car for a few more days and the issues were fully resolved by the team.

It was at this point that I found their customer service to be second to none. Very understanding of the issues I had raised and no issues with rectifying the minor defects (although minor they were something that I personally couldn’t live with). Perfection seems to be their aim and they went above and beyond to make sure I was 100% satisfied with the work that they had done for me.

The ceramic coating applied (which is their own product) seems to be working well a month on, the hydrophobic properties of water on the paint is amazing and it’s nice to be able to take the car out when to roads are damp and come back with little to no muck stuck to the car.

Following the work I had done by the guys at Coachman I will be more than happy to use them again in the future. I would recommend to anyone thinking of getting their vehicle detailed or paint protection applied to shoot in, grab a coffee and chat through the services they could offer.

Would like to thank, Doug, Luke, Alex and Sam for the brilliant work on our car. We could not believe how great it looked when we walked into the studio. We brought this car brand new in September and we were deeply disappointed with the car when we picked it up from Skoda. It has gone back to Skoda for cleaning and rectification twice, but still it never looked like a brand new car. It was never de-waxed properly, there were marks on the roof and other p!aces on the car from new. We decided that there was only one course of action and that was to take it to a professional detailer's. We have been looking at Coachman's website for a while now and decided it was time to given them a ring. We took the Kodiaq down for them to inspect and decided after much discussion with them, that we would go for the better than new package and ppf front end of the car. We dropped our pride and joy off on Monday the 16th December and picked it up the following Saturday (today the 21st December). When we saw the car for the first time we could not believe that it finally looked like a brand (better than brand new) car. We are just so pleased with the results and we will definitely be going back to have the rest of the car ppf'd. We must say a big thank you to Alex, we were told just how hard it was to do the bonnet on the Kodiaq. Well done for your perseverance. We would finally like to say a very professional and kind team and would highly recommend this company. Thank you for making our Christmas so great. Alan and Debbie

Honestly am amazed with how good everything’s turned out. Everyone there is friendly and so professional.
They go through every stage of what they can do and what they think will be the best to bring everything back to life, witch is what they did to my car witch turns 10years old next year and now it looks like it’s just come out of show room. Full ceramic coating all round works amazing in the rain and cold mornings with water beading off and also the add reassurance of PPF on front 3rd. All this means easier to clean when done right but also maintains the high finish at the end on every wash!
Anyone that enjoys and appreciates there pride and joy I highly recommend!

No hesitation in recommending them.

Can't complain at the services they provided me, I'm fairly unknowledgeable when it comes to protecting my car and unlike other locations I wasn't given a "speech" and I didn't feel like they were trying to upsell me, they saw what I had and what I wanted done and they gave me a few options to choose from, in the end I got a polymer coating, glass protection and a full interior protection.

Definitely worth a visit.
