I recently bought a sliding door lock from Your Caravan Shop and paid £3.50 for delivery via Yodel (3-5 Working Days). No sign of it after 10 days so I contacted YCS by email, after a shove from Maciej at YCS, it was delivered that day! It seems Yodel had sent it to Scotland when it should have gone to Stoke and then sat in Stoke for 3 days collecting dust! Maciej was great throughout (and I can't fault YCS) but Yodel - well, enough said!

I recently bought a new weather scarf for the freedom microlite and there is no information , instructions or anything else with it ( and I do mean nothing) , just a bag and the item.
If it was something that you remove and then reverse the fitting sequence then I wouldn't have a problem, but this item is quite complicated and will probably take the best part of an afternoon to fit, even longer without any installation instructions. And , in my opinion, I think that , because of the materials that the item is made from, you will only have one chance to get it right and therefore fitting instructions are crucial.
Also I tried to leave a review on their website but I'm finding it almost as complicated as fitting the weather proof scarf .
Pity as the item arrived on time and was good quality and a reasonable price.

Although they have a competitive pricing which attracted me to them online.
Sadley it took 9 days from ordering to receiving. They used Yodel who invariably do not keep tracking up-to-date making necessary to constantly check in to see where the item actually is.
On this occassion it actually arrived.
If yiu are thinking of buying or needing an item quite quickly....consider paying a tad more and getting it from a outlet that guarantees next day or two delivery. Would not use these people again.
