Excellent Support
The person giving the support, Allen, has been very helpful going over and above looking through the CAD program and making sure all systems connected are working. I know I can rely on getting things fixed when there is a problem.
While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

GREAT SERVICE AND FOLLOW UP BY THIS COMPANY
HAD SOME ITEMS TO ADDRESS AND HE DID IT RIGHT AWAY TO HELP ME KEEP WORKING

Fast friendly service! they know how to get the job done right!
Yourcadstore has supported our company for over 5 years. They have done such a great service and provided the best products for a very fair price, that I have stopped shopping others.
I have bee doing business with the team at Yourcadstore for over 7 years and I been extremely pleased with their service. The products may be the same as other companies but the service and follow up cannot be beat. And their pricing has always been very competitive. So the total value is the best!
I found their site looking for AutoCAD LT. Came across a listing for the full AutoCAD. Their list price is $1,975, their price is $199. I opened a chat and asked about it. He said their web developer made a mistake and asked me to refresh. Then the price came up as $1,699.
It doesn't say anywhere on the website that the price is for a 3-year subscription. But during the chat I asked and was told the price, and all of their prices, are for 3-year subscriptions.
I originally looked for AutoCAD LT. They advertised 2024 for $399.95 and 2023 for $345.95. Autodesk has 2025 listed at $515 PER YEAR. During the chat I was told that $399.95 is a one time price for a three year subscription.
I did some more digging, and find it very dubious that an outdated Autodesk program can be sold by a non-authorized reseller.
Bottom line - if it's too good to be true ...
PLEASE NOTE - I did not purchase their software, so I do not know if it works, or if it has viruses. So this is just an opinion on something that may be too good to be true.
They have horrible customer service and interrupt and refuse to listen to questions you have when you are trying to find the right fit for you. Its apparent that they could care less. I tried calling and they had me on hold for 30 minutes and then for another 20 minutes before I finally gave up. I had one phone call with them earlier today and a follow up call where I was on hold for a ridiculous amount of time.
