Very disappointing
It took over 45 minutes for my call to be answered when I tried to contact the practice to reschedule or cancel my dental appointment. As I was abroad at the time, I was paying premium international rates, and due to the long wait, I lost over £25 in call credits before the call disconnected. Upon returning to the UK, I called again and was informed that I had been removed from their system. The receptionist I spoke with was dismissive and unhelpful, which was very disappointing.
