Doubtful quality
My experience with this proxy provider started off promising — the first month was smooth, everything worked as expected. However, things quickly took a turn for the worse. Their proxies started failing intermittently, which completely disrupted my workflow.
I repeatedly reached out to their support team, explaining in detail that my work depends on stable IPs. I emphasized over and over again that replacing the proxies was not an option for me. I work with a highly sensitive platform where any change in IP means re-authentication, which results in an immediate ban and a complete halt in operations. They acknowledged my concerns but kept offering replacements — as if I hadn’t made myself clear.
The final straw? One of the proxies stopped working for over a week. I contacted them again on a Wednesday asking for a realistic timeline to fix the issue. I was told it would be resolved within 48 hours. That was a lie. Not only did they fail to fix the problem, they silently replaced the proxy without my consent, completely ignoring everything I had explained.
This level of disregard for customers’ specific needs is unacceptable. If you require stable, long-term proxies and expect professional support, stay far away from this provider.

Usually our proxies work stable, but in case of technical problems we immediately do everything we can to solve these problems as quickly as possible. Unfortunately, in very rare cases, a server may experience a critical failure and cannot be restored. In such situations, an automatic replacement is issued, as it becomes technically impossible to recover the previous IP.
We sincerely apologize for this situation, and we'd like to do everything we can to make up for your negative experience. Please specify the email you used when placing your order and we will see what kind of compensation we can offer you.
Very arrogant support, low performance and technical issues
Proxies have a very low performance, as you can expect for cheap proxies, but the biggest problem is the support.
Their proxy server in Netherland IPv6 stopped to work for a few days. They did changes and when the server restarted to work, my proxies started to be detected as BOT, something that never happened before. I asked the support to replace the proxies and a guy named Robert, in a very arrogant way, said that it is my fault and my responsibility. How can be my fault?
Now I have 10 proxies that I paid for 3 months that do not work.
NOT RECOMMENDED.
It is cheap, but it is mix of rubbish with arrogance!
If you need proxies, look for providers that have a good performance and a professional support service.

High quality proxies & support. Support helped me step by step with my "non working" proxy and replaced it. Would definitely recommend.
UPDATE: Not so high quality anymore, they have a "maintenance" every month for hours, the proxy doesn't work at that time. Once I contacted support, they told me to wait until the maintenance is over. Not really a reliable service for people who need their proxies 24/7.
