Edit:: it is the next day and still haven't been able to do anything or receive any emails. This is ridiculous. If this is what happens, I will no longer be using this service. My buyer is also highly irritated.

So far not so good. Gift card. Every time I click on send the email I don't get it. I have been trying since 4 am. I can't even message support because I can't log in. Not a great first experience at all.

Straight forward and easy once you verify! Love that the gifter pays the fees instead of the receiver!

YouPay is THE way! 🖤 I haven't had one bad experience with them. The support team is always quick to respond to any questions, the setup is seamless (even for beginners) & my all time favorite part is the SAFETY behind it all. The internet can be scary these days so the fact YouPay makes it safe to use for physical gifts /or gift cards, etc. Is a huge win for me. Also a big fan of the new GIF option to make your profile more personal & show off your personality. Not only do they take care of the users who utilize the platform they also cheer you on!! I see them on social media hyping creators up & if that doesn't show you the love they have for what they do, idk what will. If you have been looking for an alternative wish list platform, I will always recommend YouPay first. 🩷👑

I’ve been using YouPay for the past year and my experience with the platform has been very pleasant. They’re very user-friendly and safe. Their customer service is always committed to resolving issues in a timely manner. If you’re looking for a platform who cares about their creators, YouPay is for you.

I’m happy with Youpay. Easy setup and offers instant payouts, which none of the comparable sites are doing. Support staff are responsive, professional, helpful, and kind.

My experience with YouPay has been extremely concerning and I would strongly advise others to be cautious before trusting this platform with their financial details.

Two payments were taken from my credit card by YouPay despite the fact that I had never used their service, never created an account, and had no prior interaction with them whatsoever. The only contact I had with the company was receiving two emails confirming the transactions.

I responded immediately to inform them that these charges were fraudulent and that my card details had clearly been used without my knowledge or consent. Despite reporting this straight away, YouPay refused to take responsibility or take any meaningful action to resolve the issue.

This raises serious concerns about the security standards of their platform. A payment system should have robust safeguards to prevent unauthorised transactions and a responsive process to deal with fraud reports. In my case, neither appeared to exist.

From my experience, the platform seems worryingly vulnerable to scammers and identity thieves. When companies fail to investigate or act on clear reports of fraud, it creates an environment where criminals can operate with little fear of consequence.

Consumers deserve payment services that prioritise security and treat fraud reports seriously. Based on what happened to me, I would strongly advise people to think carefully before providing their card details to YouPay.

YouPay was great until they decided to block my money for 48 hours without giving me a proper response this whole time.

The second 24h was a Monday and they didn't bother respond to my ticket.

I’ve had a great experience using YouPay. The platform is easy to use, payments are smooth, and everything feels secure and reliable. Customer support has also been helpful whenever I needed assistance. Definitely recommend for anyone looking for a simple and trustworthy payment solution.

Seamless, easy satisfactory.

Youpay has been a completely invaluable platform for me! It's hassle free on both the receiver and giver's ends, compatible with so many other platforms, STRAIGHTFORWARD as well as transparent, it's one of the rare instances of a service that can stand entirely on the quality and ease it provides as opposed to branding or marketing. I have, and will continue to recommend it!

I was having a lot of trouble with other wishlist platforms who were NOT being helpful with resolving my issues. I saw someone mention YouPay so I decided to give them a try. They were very accommodating and helpful to both me, the creator, and was easy for fans to use. I was able to hit my goal on a crowd funded item within a day and had my money transferred in the same day. It's a great platform for all types of content creators!

I had someone gift me a few gifts that ended up instantly going "under review", whatever understandable for my first gifts. I got an email saying that i or the gift sender would get an email shortly saying they needed more info. Neither of us could figure out who was getting the email because it took a while to come even though it sounded like an automatic email. After a day they had the gifts clear. Great! A few days later this same sender, who already verified information ect sent more. Keep in mind this person has sent way more over throne without a single issue. Same thing, instant under review, same vague emails. This time its been silence lol. The sender had to verify more information but its now been 5 days of radio silence and I obviously don't want to fill up their ticket system. Customer service has been awful so far. I have 600$ "under review" and the whole time they advertise instant withdraws. Which mind you isnt even in my country anyways. You would think after 5 days I would at least have a response LOL..... I dont know if I will continue using this because throne is simply better. If it was more clear as to what is going on i wouldnt care!!!!!!

update: they replied since but I guess its just a waiting game now.

I got it pretty fast, simple to figure out too which was a big relief

My Experience with YouPay has been excellent
I created my account a couple of months ago. I have a variety of gifts , gift cards, etc listed on my account. I received my first gift (monetary value) and I didn’t have any issues with withdrawing to my US bank account. So far I think it’s great, there’s so many features, it’s super creative, and I’m gonna continue using too . Thanks Nina Dolci

Youpay is absolutely amazing. From user friendly for both creator and fan to amazing support staff. Living in a country with limited international gifting platform options Youpay has created a site that helps every creator.
