I am truly very disappointed with this brand. I bought two drills from them during Black Friday—along with a lamp and an air extractor—so, in short, I spent a considerable amount of money. I hadn't even used my cordless drill for a full week when it stopped working. I contacted customer service, sent them videos of the problem, and they informed me that, at that time, they did not have that specific drill in stock. They told me to wait, explaining that once they had it available, I would return the defective unit to them and they would send me a brand-new replacement; they asked me to hold on for a few weeks. Many—so very many—weeks have passed since then. I see the drill listed as "available for purchase" on their website; however, they have made no attempt to contact me. I sent another email, explaining the entire situation again, and once again they replied that the item was unavailable. When I replied pointing out that I could see it listed for sale online—meaning they *could* indeed replace my unit—they simply stopped responding altogether. It was a terrible experience, and quite simply, I will never buy any of their products again. To anyone reading this review who is considering making a purchase: please keep this in mind and understand that if your product turns out to be defective, you will simply lose your money with this company. There are many other companies selling the exact same items, so I urge you to look for other options. That is my advice, and it is exactly what I intend to do myself in the future.
