Excellent Service
We ordered 90+ cookies for a company event and Nikki made sure that she had enough stock and that it was delivered in the short amount of time that there was before our event. The gift itself was lovely
The gift itself was lovely. Just very disappointed it was advertised as “pre order for Valentine’s Day” but then was shipped - clearly directly to my friend - a week prior to Valentine’s Day? So she received it way too early.

Hi Ellie, Thanks for the review! I'm sorry it arrived early, it did state on the site they we're being shipped from the Friday before to make sure they arrived on time as Royal Mail has had delays. It did state if you wanted a do not open sticker on the front to leave me a note at checkout and I would provide this for free. I hope your friend loved the gift. Nikki x

Such a lovely shop
I’ve bought a few presents for me and other people from you got this club. I absolutely love everything I’ve received, it’s all been delivered so quickly, and it’s all just so cute! I particularly like the letterbox gift boxes that are the perfect presents to send to my friends when I can’t get to see them, and I love the subscription boxes too. I always get excited when they come through my door, the packaging is so pretty and I always get a big smile on my face! Thank you! My recent box had something that arrived broken in it, but I emailed them and Nikki replied and sorted it out straight away!
