They have poor customer service communication, but they have finally fixed my issue (after months of waiting).

Ordered a voucher to be used for a friends birthday. After many attempts he couldn't use it.
Was told there has been difficulty with the company i got it for.
After a month they gave me another voucher for a delivery service that doesn't even deliver in his city.
Waste of money, better just giving the person cash.

Always there will be money left and cant do nothing about it like 17SAR , customer service not existed

Very bad experience. I had earned almost 1,700 dirhams worth of voucher for transfering money through UAE exchange and they simply canceled those vouchers after a couple of months and now I'm left with nothing. If there's any issue between UAE exchange and Yougotagift, it should be sorted out between them. Why the customers should suffer?

I can't stress enough how impressed I am with YouGotaGift. Ordered an Ikea voucher for my friend in Dubai and this morning received 3 emails confirming it was sent, gift was opened and a thank you message from my friend.

Charged me in dollars when there was NO mention of this at any point...... checkout was normal pounds!!

A £20 voucher ended up costing me £22 due to dollar conversion rate and £1 fee from my bank, shocking.

Due to cov19 schools are helping family's to provide lunch for kids daily. I was gifted 90.00 to use at tescos. So here I am filling my trolley. Get to the cashier for her to tell me the balance is zero. But how can that be as my wallet in the app says 90.00
So obviously I'm out of pocket as I had to pay cash. Been emailing and trying to have a online chat but nobody's available and email not answered. So avoid if I were you.

I bought a Tesco gift voucher for a nephew who was on the other side of the country with no money for food. It said that he would receive it instantly (by email). After I had paid I was told that the voucher wouldn't be usable for three days. Useless. This information does not appear anywhere on their website. Add onto this that the checkout said there would be no fees added, but by the time I had the Paypal amount to OK £1.16 had been added on, and this shows to be a truly awful company.

You cant trust with your id or with your bank account this is a scam.

Yougotagift.com SCAM ALERT! Don't trust this website. I purchased an e-gift card and tried claiming it via shopping store unfortunately, it prompted at the cashier counter "e-gift code has been redeemed". I contacted Yougotagift contact no. 04 441 8473, but no one is answering, so I sent them a chat, i had unprofessional conversation with the CSR under DIANA name (2 days of trying) promising me she will check and even telling me to not close the chat box but she will be the one to leave the chatbox and will never get a response from email as she promised. It is a simple issue actually but they can't give you a proper answer.
