I made a purchase in Dec. 2025 sent numerous emails with no response. Going to try and go through my bank for a refund $58 gone if I can't get one.

I don't know how I let myself fall for…
I don't know how I let myself fall for this scam! I usually research a company before I order....and somehow they slipped through. My order was placed on Dec. 8, 2025. Got a tracking number the next day. Here it is 2/25/26 and still no order. No response from "customer service " either through email or the sketchy phone number.

I ordered 2 of their Curly Band Wig. I never received the item and since I ordered it via shop.com I was unable to get a refund even though I sent proof of non receipt. Other people have complained as well!
