For a good price I bought a whole quiver from Y.L.I.. After a few sessions there where some problems on the kites with the stitching. Y.L.I. team quickly searched contact with the manufacturer. Even though the manufacturer didn’t offer a good solution, Y.L.I. did seek a good solution for me!

In this unfortunate case I’m not sure Y.L.I. earned some money after all, but they earned my respect. They really put an effort in making the consumer (me) happy. I think this is ‘old-fashioned’ consumer oriented shopping you see rarely these days.

I ordered a foil board online on the 3rd November, confirmation of the order was received the same day. On the 4th a mail giving a contact telephone number and name in case of queries plus details of tracking information for the shippers they use. A mail then received from Fed Ex to say parcel collected and further tracking details. Board arrived in UK on the 10th. When you place the order as outside EU VAT was removed and then UK VAT and customs duty plus reasonable handling fee paid to Fed Ex. All in a very easy and smooth transaction. Thank You.

I've been buying from Gerrit at You-love-it for years and just replaced my entire quiver with them. Great prices and great service is what I've always got from them. They are my go to guys.

I filed legal claim against them in order to get my order - ordered 6 items, after tons of complaints I got 3 items and no communication what happens with the remaining 3 or am I getting refund. Paid a lawyer to communicate with them and then they sent me the remaining items, 4 months after the order, with 2 items not what I ordered
