Reliable and trustworthy site for genuine Toyota parts

I am in the UK and have ordered from this site a good few times for old Toyota parts and always impressed with their service. Always received my items well packaged, been kept updated on my order and always got a reply back from customer service when I had enquiries.
They also don’t take payment till they can guarantee the parts which is a blessing compared to many places where they take your money only to tell you they can’t get a hold of the parts and leave you chasing a refund and the wasted time.
All in all, a great reliable place for me to source old Toyota parts that I need for my restoration project.

The service and customer service was…

The service and customer service was very prompt and helpful. I missed a discount coupon when ordering but it was promptly corrected for me by customer service. Two weeks delivery was much appreciated. Good Company!

Fake "in-stock" status and GDPR non-compliant

Found part I wanted, was "in stock". I paid for it and 3 days later, "order cancelled, not in stock". Money frozen 3 days, delayed my repair for a week while I wanted for money to come back into my account, and lost a little money on currency conversion after refund.

Then I asked support to delete my account under GDPR, but got the reply that "we are unable to delete your account, as this option is not technically available in our system.". As if GDPR compliance is optional for operating in EU. So I lost a little money, got no part, and now they refuse to delete Personally Identifiable Information.

I understand that currency loss is due to bank conversion, but if stock would have been up to date and not "in stock" then cancelled, I would not have lost money due to forex. I have no received any explanation other than "not in stock - cancelled"

Update: After contacting their support yet again, the GDPR request was not fulfilled, and they changed my login email to a nonsensical one so I can't login. I caught their attempt to avoid GDPR compliance and escalated to local data protection authority.

We run a live inventory across warehouses in Japan, the UAE, Belgium and Korea, supplemented by suppliers and manufacturer channels in Japan. In rare cases a part marked available is taken through another channel or fails a quality check before shipping. Standard procedure is to offer the customer the choice of waiting for a manufacturer replacement or a refund. If that choice was not offered clearly in your case, please send the order number to support@yoshiparts.com. The currency conversion loss on the refund side sits with the bank.

I couldn't recommend Yoshiparts.com more!! Such a great and quick service.
I am the owner of Japanese import car, living in Ireland. It was impossible for me to get replacement parts for my car in Ireland. Yoshiparts had everything I need it. I received the parts in less than 2 weeks. Very happy with the service!!! Thank you again

I've ordered parts from yoshiparts 4 or…

I've ordered parts from yoshiparts 4 or 5 times and have always received excellent service. I've even ordered the wrong thing once, and they corrected the mistake and refunded me. Delivery times are met, and most of the time the parts arrive well before the deadline. I can guarantee that the parts are 100% genuine.
They are honest in their work. I really enjoy doing business with Yoshiparts.

Excellent OEM Quality and Great Service

I recently ordered genuine parts for my Toyota Verossa and was very impressed. The items arrived in perfect condition and the quality is outstanding. Everything fit perfectly without any issues. The team was very helpful throughout the process and communication was excellent. Highly recommended for anyone looking for authentic JDM parts!

Happy with YoshiParts

It is superb that a supplier like Yoshi is able to source parts for older Japanese vehicles, I'm talking 35+ years old. Superb!
The ordering process is a little slow, but it is good that Yoshi takes the time to confirm parts availability before taking your money.
Happy to use YoshiParts again.

Satisfied Customer from Hungary

First I was a bit confused, as for 8 days after the payment, I did not see any change in the order status, so I contacted the customer support team.
They replied immediately.
After that, I was carefully checking the Shipping & delivery details available on your website and learnt that everything is on track.

Once my package was handed over to the LSP, the delivery was faster than expected, and the quality of the ordered parts are very good!
Definitely will use your service again in the future!

Old Mitsubishi

I'm rebuilding old Mitsubishi and YoshiParts have provided me with Original parts for good price.
They had original hydraulic lines in stock, that I could not find elsewhere.

YoshiParts was the only one able to provide the parts I needed in short time frame. One parts was defective at arrival due to shipping. I contacted them and they provided a new part for free very quickly. Perfect after sale service.

First Time Buying with them, was very pleased

I was a little apprehensive at first about buying from a random company I saw online, but YoshiParts saved me a ton of money and delivered pretty quickly on some OEM Centercaps for my 2009 LX570. Saved me about $200 if I were to get them from my dealer.
