We have recently had our Chilli Penguin stove installed by Yorkshire Fireplaces. We cannot rate this company and service highly enough. From start to finish they were very polite, kind and extremely efficient and knowledgeable. We are enjoying our stove very much, particularly because it has been installed during a very cold snap!

Went in not knowing much at all, and was helped with all the info I needed. Decided to place an order immediately, and they sorted everything for me.
Everything was delivered on time, and they were even going to wait until 8am so they didn't wake me up (who is still that polite these days!).
