Yorkshire Dental Suite Reviews 

I recently had an appointment with Dr. Phil, followed by another appointment the next day with Ella, the dental hygienist ath the Chelsea location. As ever, Dr. Phil was incredibly meticulous in talking me through every step when preparing for the next stage of my dental treatment. The hygienist, Ella, did very much the same. I could not believe how clean my teeth were after the deep clean. I used to meet with a dental hygienist at another practice every 3 months for the last 20 years or so and my teeth have never looked like they do now. So, a huge thank you to you both and your assistants (I can't recall their names). Another thank you to the reception team who made me feel very welcome and are highly approachable. Kevin Hamilton

Brilliant service throughout. After see the work Yorkshire dental suite achieved I knew they were the ones to go with even if it was a nearly a 2 hour commute. Absolutely over the moon with the outcome of my composite bonding from Dr Mansoor. Would highly recommend Yorkshire Dental Suite.

Have been my dentist for years. As soon as you walk in they ask if you want a drink. Each staff have a friendly face and customer service is great and the reason why I travel half an hour to see them. Would 100% recommend

Misleading, unprofessional, and unfinished treatment

My experience with Yorkshire Dental Suite has been extremely disappointing and feels misleading at best.

Before taking my money, they made big promises. I fully paid for two hygiene appointments, Smile White, and composite bonding. Once payment was taken, those promises were not honoured.

The hygiene treatment was only completed on half of my mouth due to “not enough time.” I was told it would be finished at the next appointment. At the next visit, the same excuse was given. I was then told the remaining hygiene would be completed during my composite bonding appointment — again, it wasn’t.

Despite this, when I later questioned the clinic, I was told over the phone that my treatment was “fully complete.” This is completely false. Only half my mouth was treated. What is even more unacceptable is that after telling me my treatment was complete, they then asked me to return to complete it and demanded additional payment. If the treatment was complete, why was I being asked to pay more to finish it?

Promises around Smile White were also broken. I was clearly told I would receive new whitening trays after composite bonding, as the tooth shape changes. This never happened. Another £399 wasted.

This clinic relies heavily on sales tactics and advertising, but the reality does not match what is promised. I feel I have paid a significant amount of money for incomplete treatment and excuses.

Be extremely careful. Ask for everything in writing, question timelines, and don’t assume what you’re promised will be delivered once payment is taken. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this clinic.

Dr Mansoor was excellent throughout. Top man, very professional and courteous. Will be seeing you in the future for any work I need doing.

Been for my first consultation today and the staff and service was brilliant. I haven't had any surgery yet but so far I feel confident in the company

Great service from start to finish, staff are very friendly and go above and beyond to look after you. Had Invisalign fitted today and back in for composite bonding once I’ve finished the straightening. Dr Gabrielle has been brilliant.

All i can say is wow I had amazing experiences Dr Nigel was amazing from start to finish made me feel so comfortable and at ease explained everything from start to finish the reception girls are great very friendly warm welcoming will definitely recommend yds to family and friends

Service levels and patient care is a little slow. Initially, very inviting and pleasant.
Would like to see an improvement with aftercare and updates on delays with aligners.
Practice will listen to feedback and on this occasion have been able to get in touch to resolve on going issue with delays and treatment

I had a treatment with Dr Lee who is a competent, conscientious and honest dentist.

The YDS team are always kind and helpful. I would highly recommend them.

Dr Imran was brilliant! Friendly, knowledgable and approachable for questions. Monica was also lovely and helpful.

Avoid Yorkshire Dental Suite at all costs.

I spent over £1,400 on a dental bridge that broke within two weeks. What followed was six months of stress, lies, and relentless chasing to get my money back. I was told repeatedly that my refund had been processed, yet nothing ever arrived. In the end, I had to go through my finance company just to get what I was owed. Even almost ended up in court.

When I returned to have the broken bridge looked at, I was told, “I wouldn’t have fitted it like that, not sure why your dentist fitted it this way.” I then had to argue about whether I was expected to pay again for the replacement. Only after an awkward exchange (clearly not something they wanted overheard in the waiting room) did they reluctantly agree I wouldn’t be charged. But even then, they couldn’t fit me in to fix it until December….three months away.

Their communication is disgraceful. They ignore callback requests, yet bombard you with daily calls when they want your money. The pressure to book is constant! Bordering on harassment, but when something goes wrong, they vanish.

Worse still, I was convinced to sign a second finance agreement for additional work I was told to get while still in the chair, after over four anaesthetic injections. I’d already said in my consultation that I would consider it in the future, But not at this time. They somehow managed to get me to agree while not in a fit state to make financial decisions. That added another £2,000 to my bill. On top of the thousands I was already paying. Pure greed in my opinion.

The staff member who did the work left the practice almost immediately after, and I was left with no continuity of care and no one taking responsibility when things went wrong.

This experience has been emotionally exhausting, financially damaging, and ethically appalling.
I thought using a local company would be better than going abroad for the work, and honestly, I should’ve gone abroad! The level of care would’ve been much better. I only hope nothing else goes wrong with the work I’ve had done as I won’t be returning to YDS.

Great experience, very friendly staff and time efficient

It was my first visit to Yorkshire Dental Suite in Hessle today and Nigel and all the staff were really kind and helpful. Optional treatment plans were discussed and very patiently explained. I would definitely recommend this practice.

I had composite bonding done by Dr Lee and I couldn’t be happier with the results. From the start, he was professional, friendly, and took the time to explain everything clearly, which really put me at ease. The attention to detail was excellent and the final outcome looks so natural — better than I ever expected. I’m absolutely thrilled with my smile and would highly recommend Dr Lee to anyone considering cosmetic dental work

I started my journey with Smile White Invisalign and was then referred to YDS Manchester Suite, who were absolutely amazing. Dr Ammar did my nano composite and completely understood my vision — I asked for a wider smile with slightly longer front teeth, and they got it spot on. From the warm and welcoming reception staff to the incredible care throughout, the whole team made me feel truly looked after. They even surprised me with flowers, which was such a thoughtful touch. I couldn’t be happier with my results and would highly recommend YDS Manchester Suite.
