Very happy with my extra deep fitted sheets. Reasonably priced and good quality

. I had higher expectations regarding the quality and sizing of these sheets. I ordered 15cm depth fitted sheets, but they measure around 17cm, which is disappointing. I feel I could have purchased similar size and quality sheets at a much lower price from a local supermarket. While I appreciate that the sheets are handmade, I was expecting better value given the cost.
The only reason I rated them 4 stars instead of lower is because of the polite and professional customer service I received when I called after four weeks of not receiving my order. Unfortunately, my overall experience was somewhat disappointing considering the investment I made.

Just as described- the door mat is just the right size and effective outside the front door. Delivery prompt and kept informed of time of delivery .

I believe the description given in info was correct and the sheet considering it's thread count, was very smooth. Delivery was on time and well.packaged.

The website was easy to navigate and my order arrived within the specified timeframe. The Fitted Stretch Sofa Covers were easy to fit but the foam "tubes" which are pushed down behind and to the sides of the seat cushions to keep the covers in place have a tendency to keep popping out. Whilst this is a little frustrating overall I am happy with the quality and colour of the covers.

I found the customer service from this company to be excellent.
Queries about the delivery of my order of rugs were dealt with extremely promptly and politely, I could not fault the service.
If I require further products from the company, I would have no hesitation in placing an order.
