Ordered for the first time earlier this week. Royal Mail said it was delivered but package had gone missing. Called York Emporium, fantastic customer service. Sent replacement package straight away. Coffee is amazing to boot.
Great selection of products and coffee. The beans are delicious, the personalised coffee bags went down a treat too. I ordered online and had great communication, tracking details and a fast delivery.
Consistently superb. Excellent communication from a dedicated team that knows its coffee inside out. Generous loyalty scheme and easily navigable site. I have learnt a great deal about coffee from here! Fresh beans roasted to order were a revelation to me. I wouldn't go anywhere else.
Exceptional, there is no other words for them. I've only ever ordered coffee online but their selection is great and competitively priced. I've been elsewhere but always go back and I've been a member for over 5 years now. Some of my favourites are Australian skybury, Jamaican blue mountain and Monsoon Malabar but there are so many more. Try them out, you'll never go anywhere else afterwards
