I appreciate the acknowledgment, but the core issue remains unresolved. In both cases, I fulfilled my responsibility by accepting the job and traveling to the client’s location. The cancellations occurred after my displacement, resulting in lost time and travel expenses for which I received no compensation.
You mention that the system does not allow partial compensation, yet providers are also not permitted to request additional charges directly from clients. This creates a structural gap where service providers assume all the financial risk when a client cancels at the last minute.
Encouraging me to contact support again does not address the fundamental policy contradiction. What providers need is a clear and fair cancellation protection mechanism built into the platform.
I hope Yoojo seriously considers implementing a late-cancellation or travel compensation policy to better protect service providers and maintain trust within the community.

Terrible service
Terrible service, not recommended. They made a mistake on the assignment of my ticket CESU despite me using the correct codes (they assigned it to another account in my name, created by them, instead of using the usual account I had already used several times in the past) - all support requests were ignored and I had to pay the service fee from scratch again due to this mistake. Very poor customer service. App has several malfunctions. OKish service as a whole (the contact with providers is easy and intuitive as well as the management of demands) - but the lack of honesty and the extremely poor customer service even when it's a mistake made on their part, make it a no go for the future. Look somewhere else!

As Yoojo provider, i am not able to get paid
I am a provider and I do accept services from customers. My problem is that it is somehow hard for the providers to get in touch with Yoojo service because we are not customers but providers. It seems that Yoojo do not consider the providers as customers for them which i think is wrong.
I am on the platform since Sept 2025 and I accepted more than 50 missions. For all of them except one it went fine. I have a score of 4.96 (the mission that did not go very good cost me a 3 out of 5. The job was done tho.)
The real problem is that since the beginning, i am not able to get back the money I earned on a bank account. I opened several tickets to the Yoojo service asking question on what is required to get my money. First, the answer was an IBAN. I provided it then the transfer was not required. I then asked if I could get the money on my Revolut account. The answer was yes. I then provided the info of my revolut account but you have to specify an address in Switzerland and you cannot change the name of the account owner. It has to be your name on this website. Thus, I opened another ticket to try to once again clear this up.
I am not really sure that the support knows how Revolut accounts work and still I cannot get my money on a Swiss bank account with a Swiss IBAN. Here we speak about more than 3000 CHF which somehow can light up my day significantly.
It is more than 4 month now that I am trying to find a solution by opening tickets that gets answered but as soon as the answer is provided the ticket gets closed without waiting to see if the problem is solved. Moreover, as a provider you cannot do not have any phone number to call the Yoojo service which i find weird.
It is not that i do not like the application and the service that it provides to some people that are trying to find help without having to go through some professional because sometimes it does not require some. I always try my best for the customers and I think i am playing the game. I do believe that Yoojo service may help me to find a solution so that I can get my money for the job i did.

However, this response does not address the core issue. As a service provider, I traveled to the client’s location and fulfilled my commitment, yet received no compensation when the client canceled after my displacement.
You indicate that partial compensation is not possible and suggest contacting the client directly, while your own policy prohibits providers from requesting additional charges from clients. This places service providers in a contradictory and unfair situation.
Reaching out to support again does not change the structural problem: the lack of protection and compensation for providers in cases of last-minute client cancellations.
I hope Yoojo will revise this policy to better protect service providers who incur real costs and time losses.
