Terrible!!! Ordered worth 300$ and I didn't receive anything after 6 month there is no customer support and they don't answer nowhere.

terrible!!!! ordered worth 150$ and non of it came even after 3 months. there is no customer support and no way to reach out to them. also it is not possible to track the order.

I ordered $150 worth and nothing was ever delivered. Also no reply to mails. Feels like a complete con.

I ordered items worth more than 300$ and I didn't recieve anything. Their website tracking kept changing the delivery date every time and keeps saying "delivery soon". It has been more than 8 months now. Emailed them many times and messaged them in IG and they did not reply. KEEP AWAY!!!

If you wanna get a katana from them, you will get one that is legit. I brought the thunderstorm katana from them and everything on the description was right, the Ray skin was real and the size and material was correct. The packaging was really good so no worries there, it did take quite some time but it had a far journey. They do respond back if anything happens or concerns reason.

The designs are my favorite out of all the clothes I have in my wardrobe. Every time I go out, I get nothing but compliments from everyone - random people, friends, coworkers. And don't worry about the quality of the fabrics are all of high quality.

10/10 would buy more

The mask are so comfortable and visually appealing. I’ve looked at their clothes and I will buy some of them near in the future! Keep it up :)

Terrible sizing. There XXL items are like a kids small. Everything came 3 weeks late. They said they’d adjust an error on my order and never did. Don’t ever order from this company or it’s fake 5 star reviews that they pay their friends to do.

So I stumbled upon Yokai Societies Instagram page - probably cus of the cookies and the insta algorithm and I’ve always wanted to own a katana so I bought one not knowing what to expect.

So I bought a katana and also a ghost of Tsushima mask and they took a few weeks to arrive (we’re in a pandemic so this is expected.)

Naturally I was anxious and worried as I’ve never heard of this place or known anybody that’s ordered from here but it was a great shopping experience.

The quality of both the mask and the katana sword are unbelievable. The mask is sturdy and the katana is just amazing with a nice bit of weight to it - both feel expensive and premium and are well worth the price. I can’t wait to shop again here - I just need need to find an excuse.

Their customer service is the best customer service I’ve ever received from a business - I DM’d them on Instagram and they were reassuring, always replying pretty much straight away and they’re hella cool people. Their customer service alone is good enough just to keep me coming back.
