Thank you Yoho Mobile. I entered the incorrect email address to receive my email to activate the sim. Once I realised I emailed support explaining the situation. Thankfully there was a response within an hour and I was able to activate straight away when the email came through.

This was just unbelievable Service……
This was just unbelievable Service… What a great company! My phone broke, so I needed to get a new one which meant needing to get a new eSIM for the Bahamas. A quick chat with the WhatsApp helpline and they gave me a brand-new eSIM at no charge. Absolutely incredible. I couldn’t recommend Ally enough. I’ve also used their eSIMs in Hong Kong and China and had the most brilliant results.
