Very disappointed
Very disappointed! Very bad unprofessional and slow customer service. Problem not solved.
I traveled to Portugal. Before arriving bought e-sim. After arriving followed instructions and installed it. But it did not work. Whole day stuck in hotel to have wifi connection to try stupid commands of customer service. Saying same things many times which don't work. Never had such a bad experience. Writing this review for others to know what to expect from yoho mobile.
Update: after one lost day with slow customer service and many times requesting refund, refund was made. Emidiately tried other operator worked in 1 sec.

Super, love, the best
