Didn’t work at all.
They asked screenshots, asked me to translate my screenshot. They couldn’t help. I bought other sim from another provider.
The worst customer service I have ever gotten with esim provider. I am now in china, purchased esim service from them. It was all good till it ran out and I topped up the plan, only to receive the worst data connections and to rub salt to the wound, when I contacted the customer service, I waited for almost 2 hours (still waiting) and the response/ solution never came. Ditching this esim provider for another. Trust me guys, don't waste your time with a provider who is unable to fulfill the promises made when you buy from them (good coverage and good customer service). Damn lousy service.

I recently purchased a premium eSIM plan from Yoho Mobile, expecting reliable service during my travels. Unfortunately, the experience was consistently disappointing across two different countries: the United Kingdom and Israel.
Connectivity Issues: The internet connection was highly unstable in both countries. While it occasionally worked, it would frequently drop without warning. More critically, VoIP services were virtually unusable. Calls via VoIP.ms would initiate but drop immediately, and WhatsApp calls would connect briefly before losing connection.
Device Compatibility: I tested the eSIM on two different devices—my Samsung S24 and my wife's Pixel 9—both experienced identical issues, indicating the problem was not device-specific.
Server Location Concerns: It appears that Yoho Mobile routes its traffic through servers in Hong Kong. This routing caused additional complications, as certain AI services and applications are restricted or blocked in that region. Without a VPN, many essential apps were inaccessible.
Unexpected Discrepancy in Reviews: What puzzles me is the overwhelmingly positive reviews Yoho Mobile has received on platforms like Trustpilot, boasting a 4.7 rating. Given my experience, I find it hard to reconcile such high ratings with the service I encountered. It's surprising that a company providing this level of service maintains such a high rating, especially when most providers in this sector have more moderate reviews.
Resolution: Out of necessity, I switched to another eSIM provider. The difference was immediate and stark—stable internet connectivity and fully functional VoIP services without the need for a VPN.
Conclusion: Despite positive reviews I encountered during my research, my experience with Yoho Mobile was overwhelmingly negative. The combination of unreliable connectivity, server-related restrictions, and the discrepancy between advertised and actual service quality makes it difficult to recommend their services.

EDIT: since I had a leftover $ balance, I decided to buy another package and, surprisingly, the minimum amount you can add is $10. Not great, since I needed less than that
Downloaded the app to make it easier and the overall process + network worked well. The only issue is that I can’t check my data usage with the app, and then I ran out of data in the middle of the street. I asked their chat a couple times about the data monitoring and they said it wasn’t working, recommending to check it through my iPhone settings (not accurate because of WiFi usage)

Purchased an esim via the Yoho Mobile app on 7th May with the promise of delivery within minutes.
No sim came for multiple hours, I contacted support and was told they would look in to it. They did nothing.
I contacted them again via the WhatsApp support and they said they'd look in to it, didn't, and now it's 36 hours later and I have no esim. I need the sim for working remotely, so I've already bought a replacement. They also refuse to give me a refund of the $40, or even respond to the query about a refund. They have still yet to issue the sim card or a refund.
Edit: they did eventually issue a refund after ignoring me for multiple hours with no explanation

Embracing eSIM technology with Yoho Mobile felt like stepping into the future. Easy access to data at my fingertips was liberating while traveling.
Totalling unhappy with the level of customer service support I received as a customer. They don’t answer on their WhatsApp support or live chat for hours at a time. You are left with no choice but delete the esim you bought and try another.

Europe eSIM in Iceland and Norway is never above 1 Mbps. Customer support does not help at all.

Just buy and trying to set activation. Very patient and helpful admin. Hope on my USA trip the esim can really work well. Will comment again upon usage in USA. Now just like to thanks the help to explain to be how to activate and set date.
Don't buy! Lousy!! The data is not unlimited at all! Before the last day they will cut your data and ask you to top up!

Shopee order no. 2501093V2207T2 purchased in Jan 2025. After installed the esim it shown this esim been used on another device. Called help centre advice download manually, tried a couple of time still the same message. Esim had been used. Yoho call centre doesn't know how to resolve this issue. Worse service.
I bought a chip from them, it doesn't work, I had to change it and go elsewhere, I asked for a refund and they don't want to refund me, I find that unacceptable
Avoid this company, there are many better options for eSIM, the customer service is terrible, oblivious and essentially useless, i exchanged over 50 messages with them and they didn’t help with any issues I had and their advice was ludicrous, I’m already in Portugal, my eSIM stopped working after 7 days and the advice was “turn on your data roaming”. I used several esims from them, they would suddenly stop working for a day or more, requiring several resets to make them working again, they also have a speed limit on their “unlimited” data eSIM, of which they don’t inform you and the customer service avoided answering my question about said speed limit several times. They are also using second rate network providers so the service coverage and speed are poor.
