Definitely a great smooth and comfortable experience.

I place a car rental / concierge appointment for my roast test. Unfortunately they were not able to find a driver but anytime I emailed with questions regarding it they responded in a reasonable amount of time and fully refunded me. Would try again

Horrible experience, no customer service number no emails to correspond with. No services provided, had a 30 day trial that ended up being a 15 day trial. got charged $84 and the money is being held captive. Only after reaching someone one at live chat option were they able to finally reach out and then send me a confirmation of something i had already handled myself. If this is supposed to be expedited. It was definitely not, while it was supposed to be for situations like this ie COVID. No email, no customer service number. Even their online profile for me would not give me the ability to look up my billing info which they so willing took from me, could not cancel service because i don't have access to my own credit card info on their site. This is a horrible experience and not worth the money or wait.

Worst unprofessional service left in the dark with no contact of progress my dash board said booked no body knew any details of my request and my questions were not answered just generic info already posted I pleaded to get ext to talk to some one on there contact number what good is a reccording how is that contacting now they are not responding to e mails. How rude and unprofessional after 200$ no star had to peess to type

I understand I got my.12>00$ by direct deposit...ty so much I really needed it....I am 69 and retired...with cancer.

There was a lot of confusion with my daughter and her appointments and yogov was fabulous they helped her through three different appointments
I can’t wait to use them when this virus ends

Received a DMV appointment in Santa Monica two months out. I thought it was sketchy for a while, but then I received a call from the official DMV confirming my appointment about two weeks ahead and I felt much better about my decision.

I was impressed by the constant communication via email regarding my DMV appointment search. I was able to email questions and have them answered quickly. The appointment scheduled for me was convenient. I passed my driving test with a perfect score! I will recommend YoGov to my friends and family.

My card was fraudulently used for this place and when I contacted them they made it seem as if I made the purchase and told me they couldn’t give me my money and if they did it would be partial only to go on to not even give me my money at all.

DMV staff were very professional and helpful. The locations you found for me were rather far to drive, but hey I got it done finally.
