I am missing a pair of socks ( only one pair from my order was in the envelope) and the soft spikey massage ball is as hard and from cheap plastic as a child’s toy.
The communication via email is prompt and promising but the return label is not being send.

Really poor service

Really poor service. I ordered an item on line which they eventually told me was out of stock so I requested a refund. Nothing. I have had to submit a claim through PayPal and am still waiting. No apology and no refund. Really poor customer service to be holding my cash for an out of stock item, it should be an immediate refund.

never received item, they are not contactable, fake company

ordered a yoga mat on 26th Nov 2020 and never received item. they are not contactable, the emails get bounced back, they don't have a telephone number to call and they don't respond to my instagram message and instead delete my posts. they are a fake company, steal money and do not provide the product. avoid at all costs

Wouldn't recommend buying from this company

Originally ordered 2 blocks & 1 mat in April - was notified that the mat would take a short while longer and was offered a refund? Decided to wait for the mat but then waited over 3 months for it to arrive (not a SHORT while).
Was told on July 8th that I would get a refund for the mat and have yet to receive it. All emails sent by me since July have been ignored.

Wouldn't recommend buying from this company.

UPDATE: Just received the following after emailing again.

PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SCAM OF A COMPANY!!! I have been waiting since May for my Yoga mat. I ordered on May 1st and I am still waiting. I have emailed them numerous times and they don’t reply. I have also instagrammed them - they blocked me. The tracking number doesn’t work. I seriously wish I had checked here before ordering with them. Please save your money and DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. This company should be shut down. I’ve reported to trading standards - not sure what else I can do! Also they will report all negative genuine reviews on Trust pilot! I will continue to repost.

Scammers

I’ve sent so so so many messages and emails to receive nothing back... this was my latest Instagram message to them and I’ve not had a response despite resending it every week:

Clearly you guys didn’t bother rebooking an 8th attempted delivery (early September) or go and collect it like you said you would. I assumed you had gone out of business as there’s been no reply to any of my emails/messages. This is an absolutely disgusting way to treat a customer and the service has been nonexistent. I will continue to post my honest and true reviews on trust pilot as right now I believe this is theft. You’ve taken my money and refused to give me any refund despite you having had 7 attempts on delivery and the parcel was only 5 min walk from you.
My products were all packaged individually and shipped ‘internationally’ (apparently I’m not allowed to actually tell you where they came from). I assume you will be blocking me again as you have done with my other account when you didn’t want to bother responding to me but I am more than happy to continue posting my trie and honest review of this shambolic thieving company.
Original order was in June... you should all be ashamed of yourselves.

AWFUL- WILL NOT GET MONEY BACK

AWFUL! I ordered two sets in August and neither sets were suitable as they were both too big for me. I then enquired about how I refund these items... I was then told I had to cover the cost of return myself so I expensed £5.00 for a signed for return YogaSupplies. I still have NOT RECIEVED MY REFUND and it is October?! I waited for emailed for days and the reply was 'they have nothing left to return to royal mail' - this is completely unprofessional and considering I am out of pocket now by £50 and without the goods I paid for you would expect a reply back?!? Please issue a refund for my items immediately.

Terrible - save yourself the trouble

Terrible. Items arrived but unwearable. Requested a return and had responses that it would take a long time and that I should sell the items myself!!
I have pursued and they offered a £4 refund, £4 for an order totalling circa £80.
I am now met with silence and I am taking it further.

Company getting investigated due to misconduct

Following problems with my order and refund I contacted the authorities and as a result the company will get investigated by the Trading Standards as they breached multiple consumer rights.
My advice is not to order from the company, save your nerves, time and money.
For anybody out there who has not received their items within 30 days of ordering, or refund in 15 days after the company has received your returned item, please turn to the authorities and they will help you get your money back.

Terrible service

I will continue to post my genuine experience with this company and I’m sure they will continue to report my honest and true reviews.
They have not accepted delivery of my return on 6.. yes 6 attempted deliveries by Royal Mail. They are 5 min walk from their local sorting office. I know this because I was told by them (the last communication I had from them, 1 reply for every 6+ emails sent) to phone Royal Mail and ‘find out’ what was happening. Royal Mail confirmed that they are never in when attempting delivery and confirmed the proximity of them to the collection point. This has been going on for 2 months... 2 months of failed delivery’s and their refusal to go and collect.
It’s past an embarrassment for them. Terrible customer service. Never experienced anything like this before

Only half my order has arrived

Only half my order has arrived. The first half arrived at least a month after ordering. The other half is still to turn up, I ordered in May, it is now late August... Very little response from my emails, when they do respond they are directing me towards a tracking part of the website which no longer works. All emails replies are robotic auto responses. I understood that because of the pandemic there was probably going to be a delay, however its three months is a bit excessive without any updates.
