I believe there is a little false advertizing. I've faithfully done this for two weeks and do not see the results that are on all of your advertisement. Also I'm puzzled because I signed up for additional help...another $20 and have received nothing extra I recognize. Please help me understand. I do appreciate that I feel a LITTLE more toned and believe the breathing is helping but I could of got all of that free with You Tube videos.

I think this app is worth the time I just have medical issues to deal with until I can get back to normal again if there is such a thing as normal. Thank you for this program I will be back at a later date.

I am using it everyday. It is a good way to start and even end your day.

The program helps me to be disciplined in doing my exercise, which has helped me greatly other my bloating and to breathe with my exercises .

Easy to use app. Loads of different exercises to choose from. I find the courses easy to follow and understand. I've been using it for a week now and I have already noticed a difference in my shape and balance is improving. So encouraging

It is my first time practicing Taichi, at first it seemed easy but now that we are starting steps my coordination between my arms and my feet is not so great ! So it will take more practice !

Reply from Yoga-Go
I like that it is simple to use and develops a quick daily workout routine.
I would like to adjust the workout routine more after every 30 days to grow with your practice. Even with a switch of experience level, it does not allow for a more robust adjustment to the program, making me want to look for another program.

The introduction to Tai Chi was very easy to follow and enjoyable to complete. It was a good motivator to keep fit and increase flexibility. In addition, the Yoga-Go Customer Service was very responsive and extremely helpful.

Enjoying all the moves but not losing any weight. I like the relaxation videos too.

I like how the practice is short. I do feel like I have worked my muscles after each. Easy instructions and individual shows the moves so you don’t do them wrong.

I was thoroughly enjoying progressing with practice and the moves each time and then I jumped into a hard one kinda hurt myself had to lay off for a minute, waiting to jump back in and then I'll just catch right back up

I ordered the product and initially emjoyed the sessions, but entered the hospital shortly after and frankly forgot as my health declined.
When I received a full charge the following month I balked the day after and the company graciously provided me a refund. I was highly impressed.

I could not commit to doing the tai chi sessions on line. I thought I had cancelled via email and stopped using the app. Then got an email saying aprox £49 had been charged from my account. I was very upset and contacted the team. I could not find my email saying I had cancelled, but they still refunded my months subscription and cancelled my online account. My money was returned within 48hrs. A very good sales team and when I have more time to invest I will be rejoining in the future due to this experience.

I have been on the program for a number of years now and my review is a general one
Plenty of choice in exercises
I do the chair yoga mainly and find it gentle and helpful
Lately I have been doing the TaiChi exercises and I do enjoy that very much too
